Privacy Declaration
Updated on October 9, 2026
This declaration explains how WanMarc handles information about website visitors and people who contact us.
Responsible company and contact
Wanmarc Produções Artísticas LTDA, referred to on this website as WanMarc, is responsible for decisions about the processing described here. The data protection officer is Raphael Bessa. For privacy questions and requests concerning your data, email raphael.bessa@wanmarc.com.br. Commercial enquiries can be sent to contato@wanmarc.com.br or made by phone on +55 (21) 2524-7978.
Information we use
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. Company and phone are optional. The message includes its language. Your entries remain in the form while you complete it and are transmitted when you request submission.
Accessing the website involves technical information such as IP address, request date and time, and browser information. The server uses temporary identifiers to limit repeated attempts and prevent duplicate submissions. Hosting and email services may process technical records required for operation and security.
Purposes and grounds
We use contact information to understand your enquiry, respond and take preliminary steps towards a possible agreement at your request. Legal obligations and the exercise of legal rights may require retention of certain records. Website protection and abuse prevention use information necessary for those purposes.
Optional storage of your language preference requires your consent, managed on this website. You can send a message while refusing that preference. Contact form information is used to address your enquiry; marketing communications require their own purpose and grounds.
Sharing and service providers
Messages are sent through the Google Workspace service used by WanMarc. The application is authorised to send messages to our contact team.
Messages are forwarded to the team handling enquiries. Hosting and email delivery providers may process information required to operate those services, subject to security, confidentiality and data protection requirements. Sharing may also be required by a legal obligation or a valid request from a competent authority.
If a provider processes data outside Brazil, the operation must follow applicable international transfer mechanisms and safeguards. You can request information about recipients of your data through our privacy contact channel.
Retention and deletion
The service retains protected identifiers to prevent abuse and duplication: rate limits for fifteen minutes, confirmed submissions for up to 24 hours and uncertain outcomes until operational verification. Message content remains in the contact mailbox under the applicable retention criteria.
Messages are retained as needed to handle an enquiry and its follow-up. Further retention depends on the purpose, applicable legal or contractual obligations, and the need to exercise legal rights. Once retention is no longer required, data must be appropriately deleted or anonymised.
The cookie choice record and language preference last for a maximum of 180 days in your browser. Expiry or a new policy version requires a new choice. You can withdraw the optional preference at any time.
Your rights
You can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, sharing information, portability where applicable, and anonymisation, restriction or deletion in the circumstances provided by law. You can also withdraw consent and request deletion of data processed on that basis, subject to legal exceptions.
Send your request to raphael.bessa@wanmarc.com.br. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and protect your data. Confirmation and access follow the deadlines in Brazil’s LGPD. You may also submit a petition to the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority through its available channels.
Security and production materials
Data protection follows guidelines for restricted access, confidentiality, provider assessment and incident handling proportionate to the risks. Avoid including credentials, sensitive personal documents or confidential audiovisual materials in a message. Agree appropriate production transfer channels with the WanMarc team.
Changes to this declaration
This declaration will be updated when the purposes, services or practices described change significantly. Check the update date. Changes to optional cookie use require a new choice before activation.
